JOB DEscriptION
Manage the daily operations of the store. This includes managing sales, expenses, profits and assets of the store while ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service.Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.Ensure delivery of store KPI's - Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals.PurchasingDevelop salesExecute planograms to company expectationsREQUIREMENTS
Knowledgeable in corporate/ company selling.Experience in online platform transactions is an advantage.Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.At least five years of retail experience or other related field is required for this position.Full-Time position(s) available.Must be willing to be assigned in AllHome, General Trias.
