Managing client business relationships, selling our business services, and negotiating business contract termsLiaise with clients to understand their business needs and expectationsProvides strategic direction, manages and oversees the overall functions and operations of Sales and Marketing departmentsDirects the strategic plans for the Sales and Marketing critical to successfully achieving company revenue and profit target. Able to improvise sales funnel and inter link with other departmentsRetention, and motivation, as well as leadership development. To ensure a high level of customer service standard is maintained well to support the business objectives.
