The Video Content Specialists have a strong combination of creative, marketing, and technical skills that digital agencies, large corporations, startups, non-profits, and tech-savvy companies covet. They are often responsible for creating content and telling stories through video. They create marketing videos used for recruiting, and social media campaigns, to be uploaded to the company's social media sites, and to sell/promote the company brand.
Video content specialists work closely with Video Editors, corporate communications, and marketing teams to develop, plan shoot, edit and distribute videos via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, mobile applications, and/or internal or external audiences. They also work in post-production and ensure videos meet brand standards/guidelines before "launch" or being published.
Your functions:
Creating, improving, and maintaining content in YouTube channels to achieve our business goalsSharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring YouTube channels management and metrics to identify best practicesDevelop a content strategy that aligns with short-term and long-term marketing targetsCollaborate with design teams to plan and develop YouTube content, style, and layoutCreate and publish engaging contentStay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attentionOptimize content according to SEOManage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web trafficYour qualifications:
Experience in digital content management from 0-2 years (FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)Hands-on experience with MS Office and YouTubeKnowledge of SEO and web traffic metricsFamiliarity with social mediaExcellent writing skills in English and FilipinoAttention to detailsGood organizational and time-management skillsWilling to work onsite in our Head Office located at Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
