JOB OVERVIEW: The Client Service Specialist is a customer front-liner assisting buyers and investors with their queries, requests and payment concerns. S/he ensures that payments are made and services are fulfilled within established turnaround times and ensures a smooth and seamless relationship with our much valued customers. S/he is supported by digital solutions that help in managing the daily deliverables.
