1. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch2. Branch Managers will prepare and submit the following reports:· Daily Cargo Status (incoming-outgoing, delivered, pending)· Daily Tonnage and revenue· Daily or Weekly Billing for customers · Daily cash report 3. Performs daily cash count and validates all bank deposits.4. Conducts daily meeting and submit minutes of meeting to Retail manager and supervisor5. Monitors and records daily tonnage and daily revenue.6. Coordinates with the transport department for additional trucks and manpower if needed.7. Prepares daily report on status of cargos (delivered, pending, incoming- outgoing)8. Ensures that all required business licenses are complete and updated.9. Other task that may assigned by the immediate head
