RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in the supervision of sales and operations of the storeManage properties belonging to storeEnsure smooth implementation of company policies, system, and regulations in the storeLead and supervise the store personnel in all store activitiesPlan, organize, and develop strategies to meet weekly and monthly goalsEnsures good customer service is given by all store personnelMonitors accurate inventory procedures and reportQUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Background working in a toy store is a big advantage.Willing to be assigned in Vistamall MalolosFull-Time position(s) available.
