Responsibilities & Duties
Trains and develops sales teamConducts weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales and Admin TeamIdentifies possible future locations and recommends Interdepartmental collaborations for sales improvementConducts regular visits to all retail stores nationwide; quarterly visits to provincial stores and monthly visits to all Metro Manila storesProduces reports and attends mancom meetingsMonitors, recommends, and implements efforts for inventory management down to per store levelBuilds and maintains necessary mall relations for leasing, marketing, and operations.Reviews, analyze, and recommends improvements based on all reports received to improve sales and brand awarenessRecommends report improvements or identifies additional report requirementsMonitors and give recommendations for a lease renewal or terminations based on historical reports and overall strategiesEnsures overall targets are achieved and recommend measures/efforts to achieve ease of shortfallEstablishes and/or evaluates senior team for new store executionsConsolidates and analyze store team evaluations; recommends adjustment to store teams to improve efficiency and sales in coordination with HR, Area Managers, and Area SupervisorsConsolidate incident reports and give improvement recommendations based on findings in coordination with HR, Area Managers, and Area SupervisorsPerforms other tasks as assigned
