1. Invoice Processing
Review and analyze sales orders vs deliveries vs liquidation/ pull-outsPrint Invoices and TransmittalsEnsure delivery of billed invoices to customersPrepares revenue adjustments for approval as deemed necessaryAttend to billing disputes and resolution2. Reporting and Monitoring
Create weekly reports for pending unbilled deliveries/ liquidation / pull-outsMonitor report on document transmittals3. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
