WHAT IS A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER?
Our awesome client, a leading merchandising company based in the US is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be part of their marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across most all digital networks for the company and its clients, with a focus on quality and results. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of working across digital marketing disciplines with a foundation in implementation, optimization, and analytics. The candidate should be knowledgeable in best practices of B2B and B2C digital marketing with a goal of both in bound lead generation and engagement. They will be able to clearly articulate results and come with suggestions to make improvements. The ideal applicant will be able to navigate and succeed in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced business environment with high-volume digital marketing requirements. The ability to move quickly and accurately while following a specified process is required.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Develop digital marketing strategies that achieve specific objectives around impressions, engagement, inbound lead generation, and ecommerce sales for a variety of propertiesPlan and implement all web, SEO/SEM, social advertising and display advertising campaignsManage static, dynamic, and personalized website contentCreate and implement paid campaigns on social media platforms for several different propertiesImplement a variety of search advertising strategies for B2B and B2C initiativesTrack and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics, develop reports, and provide recommendations for improvementBuild and implement enterprise level inbound lead generation planResearch competitors and provide suggestions for improvementKeep abreast with industry and market trends and best practiceManage outside consulting agencies and contractors if necessaryContribute to overall marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term opportunitiesMeasure, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing efforts against goalsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketingWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

5+ years of experience in digital marketing3+ years of experience in developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing strategies2+ years of hands-on experience with linkedIn and meta advertising platforms3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and ShoppingThorough understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and tacticsExperience with B2B inbound lead generation campaigns, client engagement strategies, and B2C ecommerce digital tacticsExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar marketing automation toolsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSUnderstanding of implementing digital marketing strategies with acute attention to following brand guidelines, voice, and toneExperience leading and managing agencies and contractors preferredExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsStrong project management skillsAn ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
