Job Primary Responsibilities:Contact and build solid relationship with U.S creditors, collection agencies, and attorneys/law firms to negotiate unsecured debts for a reduced settlement on clients’ behalfMeet and exceed monthly negotiation standards, goals, and quotaCommunicate effectively and persuasivelyCalculate numbers for account analysis and acceptable percentages for successful settlement consistent with company guidelinesMonitor and analyze client accounts to determine necessary funds to accurately process settlement and payment of company chargesEducate and coordinate with clients on their account settlement status.Job Requirements:Must have a college degree (college undergraduate is accepted)Must have a minimum of 1-year U.S collections or related U.S Financial account experienceHigh organization skills with keen attention to detailsSelf-motivated and independent with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding monthly goals and quotaEffective and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer-focused and a team playerFor graveyard shift Don’t pass-up on this opportunity!
