Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and directs the day-to-day operations of the store/branch. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that increases sales and grow customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales and Operations.Review trade area and identify new market opportunities.Keep in line with company growth strategy to meet or exceed company profit goals.Manage accounting and budget information.Source, train, coach and develop store staff.Address customer issues and concerns promptly.Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management or any related Business course.At least five (5) years of’ experience related to the position.Proven track record in operations planning, ability to motivate others and highly professionalFirm grasp of modern management skills and tactics.Understanding of industry laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Can drive and with valid driver's licenseWork location: Banawe Avenue, Quezon City
