Proactively approach online MCI's clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Smeg products;Provide advice and product information to MCI clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits;Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships;Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively communicate offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to new and existing customers;Achieve or exceed decided sales targets;Concierge
Answers customer inquiries via the online channel, official email, and social media platforms (such as shipping status, order status, payments, product info etc.);Ensures that customers will be informed of orders with out-of-stock items to suggest replacement or process cancellation;Process resolution of order disputes, returns, exchanges together with the Ecommerce Manager;Forward service concerns to the dedicated service concierge or service team;Job Qualifications
