We are looking for a driven and committed HR Data and Compliance Lead who will oversee HR processes related to data and compliance to ensure efficient operations for the organization and compliance to labor and relevant laws. If you love working with people and at the same time love working with data and processes then you are the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

Maintain personnel records, manage HR documents, ensure accuracy and updating of internal databases, ensure compliance to government regulations, liaise with external partners and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Oversee and supervise the maintenance and updating of HR databasesEnsure employee files are secure, complete, and update through conduct of audits/checks. Update, maintain employee file for annual audit.Prepare, draft, and update HR documents - contracts, notices on adjustments, status changes, movements, new hire guides, etc.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and their dissemination (employee handbook, advisories, memos, communications, and/or meetings, etc.).Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance. Attend inspections by government agencies.Create regular reports and presentations on HR metricsOversee the timely conduct of Performance reviews (overseeing HR Generalist)

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Human Resources or any relevant field.Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor, Data and/or Compliance Officer or relevant role.Expertise in relevant privacy or data protection policies and practices.Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.Strong leadership skills with style aligned with HN valuesExcellent customer service skillsExperience and demonstrated interest in facilitating small groupsWilling to work onsite in Quezon City but may be allowed to do some Work from Home after regularization
