Accepting export bookings from clients and counterparts/agentsPlacing bookings to carriers/airlines/co-loadersArranging re-packing/palletizing/fumigation/phytosanitary, if needed.Arranging trucks for pick ups and deliveriesArranging export customs clearance and C.O. processing to a 3rd party brokerCreating BLs/AWBs and submitting S.I. to service providers; filing AMS(for US trade shipments); Creating job file thru CargosoftPreparing RFPs for invoices received; sending payments and requesting O.R.sCreating and Dispatching of DN/CN/billing invoices; Issuing O.R.s to payments receivedSending pre-alerts to counterparts and clients      Monitoring of shipments from booking to arrival at destinationPreparing and submitting daily/ weekly reports to clients/ AH officesKeeping the files organizedOther tasks that may be assigned by the Branch Manager
