The position is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with the bank’s cash agents and other stakeholders. The role also contributes in expanding relationships by identifying potential partnerships that can generate sales and business for the bank.
Responsibilities:
Maintain long term relationship with existing partners and maximize the value of such partnership to the businessIdentify potential partners and key contact to establish relationship and drive new business opportunity for the bankMaintain and improve contractual engagement with digital partners while ensuring bank’s interests are protectedPerform monthly monitoring of cash agents and other partners’ performances, progress and provide updates on activities, projects and system enhancementsAssist in resolving Cash Agents system concerns, Research and analyze industry trends to determine ways to improve services, expand business and satisfy client needsProactively monitor and assess competitors to understand their strengths and weakness in comparison to the bank and find the gap where the bank needs to enhance or innovateRequirements:
Graduate of BS Marketing or any business-related courseAt least two (2) years work experience in the related field is required Knowledgeable in Relationship ManagementWilling to work in Makati
