The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible in generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. As an Inside Sales Specialist you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsRequirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAt least 5 years of working experience in sales and account managementExperience in B2B sales in a telecommunication industryExperience in selling diverse range of IT and communications solutionsProven experience in generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationshipsAbility to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to commercial customersPrepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of productsContact current client base with specific products and services to meet their needsTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
