You are a passionate and dedicated individual who is self-motivated and can thrive in a team environment. Your background most likely includes experience in a digital marketing agency. You have experience working directly with customers and are adept at managing multiple projects. The Account Manager reports directly to the owner.
Assist in onboarding a new campaign and developing strategies to meet customer objectives, revenue, and profitability and work closely with the project manager to implement and report the progress of strategies and tactics.Utilize performance data to make recommendations to customer campaigns and identify additional opportunities for upsells during monthly review calls.Actively monitor, analyze, prepare reports, and communicate results of product performance to customers.Focus on activities that drive customer retention, including proactive outreach to clients and internal communications regarding campaign performance.Works with other teams to resolve discrepancies or missing campaign data.Serves as the main point of contact to customers for any questions or issues they may have related to the projects and provide ongoing educational information.Candidate profile
Strong attention to detail, organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Must be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.Must have strong analytical skills to collect, compile, organize, track, and analyze data.Technically savvy and experienced in digital marketing.Has knowledge and familiarity with accounts to analyze data and make recommendations based on that data.Strong communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills.A highly collaborative leader and a team player, both within the company and with clients.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to quickly adapt to multiple web-based applications.Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Pluses:
