DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately enter patient’s information into their dental softwareUpload signed patient paperwork into the patient’s file on software, with any pertaining x-rays, images, referrals, or lettersSubmittal of insurance claims and patient reports and communication with other dental officesQUALIFICATIONS:
Medical experience is highly preferredExcellent computer and typing skillsMust be able to time-manage and have great organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracyCollect and manage information efficiently and accuratelyGood troubleshooting (tech)Research and Data CollectionHistory of working with sensitive data (financial, medical)Proficient with typing speed 50-80 words per minuteHistory of repetitive task with high degree of accuracy
