Must be a graduate of BSBA in Human Resource Management or Psychology or any related course.With at least 4 years of experience in end to end recruitment.Experience in BPO/outsourcing company background is an advantage.Knowledgeable in difference job portals.With background in screening and interviewing up to senior managers.Excellent communication skills.Can start ASAP.BRIEF JOB DEscriptION
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
