Source, qualify and conduct in-depth interviews with IT/technical candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fitReview applications and screen applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refer candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes.Build candidate pipelinesRecommend ways to improve our recruitment related processesConduct new hire orientation and handle on-boarding & off-boarding processesImplement employee engagement initiatives to promote positive people culture and drive initiatives on talent engagement and retentionOversee performance improvement process, employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and case investigations.Coach manager on performance managementPerform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalentAt least 6 Year(s) of HR related working experience, solid experience in talent acquisition in IT industry is a mustWith in-depth knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Employee onboarding and Offboarding, Engagement, Performance ManagementProficient in using different recruitment channelsWilling to work hardMust possess a passion for learning with a collaborative and continuous improvement mindsetWell-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyKnowledgeable in labor law standards and industrial relationsKnowledgeable in Microsoft OfficeAmenable to work onsite
