Sales Account Manager (Supervisory)

Proactively manage a given number of key accounts/ key prospect accounts.Conducts eight (8) sales calls daily to maintain a strong relationship with clients.Proactively prospect new accounts and follow the sales process through to convert them into ‘producing’ accounts.Plan and conducts familiarization tours and site inspections in line with business needsNegotiate the terms of an agreement and close salesInterfaces with operations on a timely basisTake personal responsibility to ensure that all accounts are properly updated in Property Management System (PMS) and that the system is utilized to its full capacityMaintain up-to-date activity and production information for each accountAnalyze sales mix and likely impact on hotel goalsChecking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat businessGather market, and customer information and provide feedback on hotel trendsRepresent your organization at trade exhibitions and eventsProvides hotel proposals and quotationsImplement directions from the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.
