The Production Encoder is reponsible for encoding and recording of all production- or logistics-related transaction in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other clerical tasks needed.
Transfer posting of materials from production storage locationsChecks actual inventory versus system generated inventory reportFiles important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future referenceComplies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree courseExperience in the same industry an advantageBasic to advance computer skills (in Microsoft Office applications, advance in MS Excel)Good organization skillsGood eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysisGood problem-solving skillsGood written and oral communication skills
