Our company is seeking an Experienced Sales Coordinator who can organize sales and marketing activities, as well as develop an effective sales filing system. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Manager to ensure that all the activities required by the Division is being executed. The Sales Coordinator will process the administrative and support functions of the sales department and ensure that all sales and operations needed are effective. Ensure that active client files, stores/supermarket sales are always updated and should always are available to the sales group. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and have prior sales experience, we want to hear from you.Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an assetRequired language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): strong proficiency in microsoft, strong communication skills, excellent customer serviceJob ResponsibilitiesLiaise with buyers for the marketing and promotional schedules of the supermarkets.Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentationsUtilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy formEnsure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to dateAct as the primary customer service contact for buyers or distributors who have questions about their accounts or our productsPerforms store visits and coordinate with merchandisers and/or brand ambassadors to ensure Sales Targets are metassists the marketing department to work on new marketing campaignsMakes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting themPerform other field work such as, but not limited to product presentations to distributors and buyers, store coordination for supermarket inventory, coordination with store merchandisers and other jobs required by the Sales Manager to ensure the monthly sales target is being achieved.
