WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Optimum Insurance is a well established insurance business based in Australia. We’ve been in operation for over 15 years and have a very well branded business and we are looking for a new experienced creative marketing specialist to join our team. The successful candidate needs to have good time/project management skills and be well versed in all areas of marketing and be able to work with little supervision.
Your responsibilities:
Maintain and Develop new marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social mediaCopywriting, articles, website contentWork closely with management on program development and implementationAnalyzing and tracking a digital marketing campaigns to collect data to optimize future campaigns such as content engagement and targetingAnalyze data to determine campaign efficiencyEnsure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelinesDevelop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management teamEnsure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelinesYour qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related discipline5+ years’ experience in a marketing roleSuperior organization and project management skillsProficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis toolsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong understanding of Microsoft Office programsExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skills3GET A GENUINE CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH BENEFITS!
