Enjoy a disruptive workplace as we provide endless learning opportunities, sustainable career development, and an employee centric environment. #oneBoldFutureJob Summary: To provide consultation, design services, and pre-sales technical support to sales teams and re-sellers via email or phone.Functional/Technical Responsibilities:• Consult with our Customers to Recommend Server, Storage, and Networking Solutions; Utilize Manufacturer-Provided Tools to Validate Complete/Compatible Parts Lists for Clients• Provide Answers on General Pre-Sales Questions based on the Information Provided by the Vendor and/or Manufacturer• Provide the Exact or Closest Comparable Item(s) and Part(s) based on Product Description and Specification; Explain the Features and Advantages of the Product/s• Provide a Side-by-Side Comparison with other Competing Products or Brands and/or Vendors; Conducts Assurance for Technical Validation and Configuration Approval• Adheres to the Service Level Agreement and Log All Calls• Perform other Tasks that may be Assigned by ManagementMinimum Hiring Qualifications: (Required)• Strong Knowledge in Computer/Server Hardware/Software Technology; Computer and Server Hardware Assembly• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools• Strong English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written); Excellent Listening and Comprehension Skills• Willing to Render OT Hours as Needed & Flexible to Work various Shifts to Accommodate US Business HoursPreferred Hiring Qualifications: (Not Required)• 3 Years Technical Experience Related to Server Hardware Setup/Installation, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Equivalent Work Exp• Product Familiarization with Servers, Storage or Networking Equipment from HP/HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Cisco, Super Micro, Intel or Equivalent; Experience w/ Recommending Solutions, Reviewing/Matching of Specifications and Creating BOMs (Build of Materials) based on the Customer's RequirementsOther Qualifications (Good-to-Have): HPE Accredited Solutions Expert (ASE), HPE Master ASE, VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP), VMware Sales Professional (VSP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)Work Location: Tera Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City
