DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:·        Liaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners and Brokers·        Track and tap both new and existing clients with growth mindset of increasing the company’s revenue·        Promote Corporate Solutions thru product briefing, cross-selling / upselling and client presentation·        Ensure Clients, Partners and Brokers are informed about new services and products·        Provide regular Business Review with Key Accounts, Partners and Brokers·        Address concerns of corporate clients (or internal dependencies) in coordination with the concerned Department·        Ensure overall customer satisfaction·        Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution sales portfolio·        Regularly update & monitor status of all group claims submitted and corporate accounts billing & collectiblesQUALIFICATIONS:·        Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably business/marketing/admin/ management,)·        Has at least 6 months of experience in any of Insurance Sales experience, Customer Service, and Account Management, but fresh graduate are highly encourage to apply·        Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint·        Strong interpersonal / relationship-building, communication, presentation, prospecting, negotiation, account management and time-management·        Amenable to work on flexible hours (from time to time) and with minimum supervision, results-oriented, attentive to details, team player·        Excellent communication skills
