JOB SUMMARY:The Marketing Specialist will support Variable Marketing Expense (VME) management, Retail campaign development, Cross-car line marketing support for local product Life Cycle Plan (LCP) events, and content/feature adoption. The person will be responsible for supporting retail campaigns and cross-car line programs to achieve market share, optimized mix, and profitability objectives.JOB FUNCTION:                                                                                                                                                        1. Variable Marketing Expense (VME) Management supporto  Support VME management in terms of programs and car-line allocation o  Support VME program proposals o  Validation with local business units - Sales, AS, Finance, Marketingo  Support budget management and CMP-I optimization 2. Retail Campaign Management o  Support in developing monthly and quarterly customer programs development and network implementation o  Support in cascading monthly and ad-hoc programs to internal and external customers – dealers, banks, and business partners3. Cross-Car Line Functional Support o  Review ad-hoc and program requests o  Internal coordination and validation of promo materials and communications4. Competitor and Market Movement o  Monthly retail promotions movement monitoring and review o  Special promotions monitoring and review Analysis and development of counter-actions5. Campaign Conversion Management o  Retail campaigns conversion performance monitoring and analysis o  National, regional, and by-product performance review 6. Other Functions o  Retail partnership programs support for 3rd party affiliates Dealer and competitor visits as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1.  Education and Certification· Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course and Marketing 2.  Experience ·  Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Promotions ·  Preferably with background and experience in the automotive, related industry or FMCG  3.  Skills and Competencies·      Intermediate level in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint ·      Good Communication Skills (Good in English - Business writing & Oral) ·       Knowledgeable in consumer promotions and activities  4.  Physical requirements·  Preferably with a valid driver’s license and driving skillsMust be amenable to travel occasionally locally
