Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Consumer Lending

In this role, you will:

Support customers with inquiries on financial products and servicesIdentify ways to improve customer experience within established proceduresPerform routine customer support tasks by responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaintsReceive direction from customer service supervisorEscalate questions and issues to more experienced representativesInteract with immediate customer service team as well as internal and external customers on incoming questions and concerns

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationExcellent customer service skills with empathy and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent English Conversational Skills

Desired Qualifications:

At least 2yrs completed of Tertiary EducationAt least 2yrs BPO experience

Job Expectations:

Willing to work in night shift, shifting schedules, holidays and/or weekendsWilling to be on the phone for 8 hours or moreWilling to work in McKinley, Taguig
