We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-expanding team in the Philippines.

Fresh Graduates or juniors with an Accounting background are welcome.

Responsibilities

Records financial transactions and actively participates in the period-end and year-end closing of books to help provide timely and accurate financial informationUpdate and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other financial recordsTimely submission of financial reports under the supervision of company accountantPerform filing and general administrative tasksPrepare and generate monthly sales reportProcess invoices and prepare paymentsReconciliations of the bank accountsLiaise with internal/external partiesPrepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returnsParticipate in process improvements and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or related disciplinesMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience is requiredKnowledge in preparing, computation and filing monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returnsProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge in MS Dynamics AX is an advantageGood command in written and spoken English
