Job Summary:  Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:

Merchandise promotions generation and implementationMerchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoringVisual merchandising and display formulation and presentationMerchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoringInventory accuracy management and monitoringProduct knowledge training development and cascade

Required Knowledge:

Enthusiast-level knowledge on helmetsBasic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.With functional understanding of inventory and category management processes

Required Skills:

Merchandise ManagementBrand ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to synthesize and analyze various data to identify and forecast trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
