Key participant in supporting the succession planning process design, rollout and follow-up activities. Participates and leads development planning activities and programs.
Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of leadership training programs and provides recommendations and support for process improvements.Develops and coordinates processes to effectively track organizational effectiveness.Supports innovation and organizational change to improve L&OD effectivenessManages multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Must be amenable to a temporary hybrid set-upMust be amenable to move in between Metro Manila sites to assist in facilitating training classes when neededMust be amenable to work in a fixed nightshift/graveyard shiftWith experience in excel data managementExperience in any of the following areas is an advantage: organizational development - diagnosis, design and implementation; training design, facilitation and evaluation; career and succession planningExperience facilitating is an advantageExperience in project management (the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand)Experience in facilitating process improvement / OD group meetings with various levels of management groupsOps Training experience in a BPO/call center setting is an advantage for this post
