Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct actual site/field visit of properties for inspection.
- Responsible for verifying-validating documents and information from various government agencies.
- Gather site data's relevant and pertaining to the property inspected.
- Take actual and complete measurements of real estate properties such land and or improvement.
- Take complete photos of subject properties for inspection.
- Initiate actual testing of chattel properties such as automobiles.
- Due diligence of sending all field data's and photos for the preparation of the report.
- Secure important sensitive documents from the Register of Deeds and or Assessor's Office as required or
requested by the client.
- Coordinate with immediate superior/s when issues arise on site.
Qualifications:
-Candidates must be a college graduate or college undergraduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering.
- With at least 6 months - 1 year work related experience, fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
-Must have an experience in CI/ Appraisal work especially in REM and AUTO.
- Must have an own motorcycle with driver's license at least Non-pro or Professional driver's license.
- Willing to travel and extend work hours if required.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays if needed.
- Willing to learn and be trained.
