  RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement Project Communication Plan

EXTERNAL

Ensure timely release of project communication materials depending on established communication plan per project category (Media release, Flyers, Barangay Bulletin, Social Media Advisory etc.)Collaborate with Key Departments (Branding, Corporate Communications, Projects, Strategic Asset Management) to ensure alignment and accuracy of messages geared towards external releaseDevelop standardized communication message templates in coordination with Branding and Corporate Communications DepartmentMonitor and cascade project-related media pick-ups to Project Delivery Group from Mediabanc and other avenues.

INTERNAL

Ensure timely release of project communication materials depending on established communication plan per category (Manila Water Bulletin, Internal Advisory, AGOS)Collaborate with Key Departments (Branding, Corporate Communications, Projects, Strategic Asset Management) to ensure alignment and accuracy of messages geared towards internal releasesFacilitate Project Stakeholder Management Department’s quarterback

2. Ensure execution of project communication plan thru Project Ways of Working (WOW)

document on-site Health and Safety, Branding, Traffic and Project best practices before, during and after project executionCascade best practices to Project Delivery Group though quarterback presentations.Collaborate with Projects, Safety, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Standards, as well as other concerned departments for the monitoring and ensuring of the execution of the project communication plan

  3. Organize and facilitate project-related events

Collaborate with BAs, Stakeholder Management, Corporate Communications, Safety and other key departments to ensure execution of event planMonitor and ensure effective execution of project-related events

 4. Customer Relationship Management Resolution

Monitor and ensure resolution of complaints from CRM, Manila Water Website, Special Reports, Facebook and TwitterEnsure active collaboration with Senior/Project Delivery Managers, Stakeholder Managers and Traffic Managers and New Media Manager for resolution of other project-related complaints

 5. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mass Communications, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.At least one year experience in project communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal and people management skills
