JOB SUMMARY:
The Bancassurance Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing the bancassurance operations of the channel he/she is handling. He/She will develop and implement effective sales/marketing and business development plans and strategies in collaboration with the Insurance partner to achieve the revenue/income goal of the channel. He/She will work closely with the Bank Officers/Staff and liaise with Insurance counterparts in improving systems and processes to attain high level of operational efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
Graduate of business courses
Professional Experience:
Must have at least 3 years of experience managing a region under a bancassurance, life insurance agency or banking setting.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Good leadership qualities; competent and results-oriented; very good communication skills; ability to create and implement effective incentive programs.
Interaction Requirements:
Able to conduct brief but effective training programs or meetings with branch officers and staff; good team player.
