We are looking for skilled Bookkeepers to maintain financial records, including but not limited to purchases, sales, receipts, invoices, and payments. Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks.Oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, among others Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting6 months of bookkeeping experienceKnowledge in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping softwareExcellent math and analytical skillsCan write and speak English wellAccess to a reliable internet connection and a computer that can run accounting software smoothlyAble to work in US business hoursBasic WFH Equipment Requirements:Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication softwareIntel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)4GB RAMStable internet connection, preferably at least 5MbpsHeadset for video callsBenefits of working through Magic!Earn as much as much Php 60,000 every month!Fully remote work Opportunities to work with various clients and projects (we find clients for YOU)Amazing Assistant Support (we have a dedicated support team that you can ask questions to along the way)about MagicMagic is building the future of human-computer interaction: natural language chat that is capable of handling all possible human requests.
