Job SpecificationsAccounts payable processing;ICB monitoring;Collating of hard copies of AP package for filing;Reconciling accounts with suppliers;Petty cash management;Prepare accounts schedules;Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments;Reporting to regulatory agencies such as Central Bank of the Philippines and Philippine Statistics Office; andOther ad-hoc functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge & Experience:

·  Well versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems;

·  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;

·  Has experience in the review of financial reporting reporting;

·  Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;

·  At least 3 years work experience; and

·  Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports

·  Keen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability;

·  Strong communication skills;

·                 Project management skills; and

· Commitment to meet the deadline and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job

Minimum Qualification:

College education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and other related courses

Work experience: At least 3 years work experience
