FSM ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall in-charge of Facilities, Maintenance and Security of the site.Administer strict implementation of all Admin policies and procedures outlined by Admin Supervisor and/or Admin HeadEnsure that all repairs and renovations of facilities are done on time.Overall in-charge of Maintenance Personnel.Overall in-charge of Security Personnel.Directly supervise and evaluate performance of Lobby Coordinator and/or Operator.Monitor the expenses of each site.Responsible for the overall function of Emergency Response Team for each site (ERT)Ensure proper coordination with other departments/groupsPerform other tasks designated by Admin Supervisor and/or Head for the day to day operations of sitesSupervising the work of maintenance workers or contractors who perform repairs or new construction projects onsiteMaintaining safety standards by inspecting facilities for hazards such as damaged floors or exposed wiring and taking appropriate action to correct the problem Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals involved in designing and building new facilities or renovating existing ones Reviewing plans for new construction projects to ensure they meet code requirements and have adequate support for walls, roofs, and other structures Scheduling repairs to facilities, equipment, or grounds to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively Coordinating with insurance companies to assess damage claims and repair damage to facilities Overseeing grounds keeping activities to ensure the lawns, shrubs, trees, walkways, and other features of a property are well maintained Working with staff to schedule activities such as meetings, receptions, banquets, and other events in facilities such as auditoriums, cafeterias, classrooms, gymnasiums, lecture halls, and offices Communicating with local authorities about facility maintenance issues such as water leaks or pest infestationsQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or any related fieldPreferably with experience as Building AdminProficient in written and verbal communicationExcellent interpersonal and Leadership SkillsAble to handle Team pressure and Multi tasking
