Duties and Responsibilities: Attends to Tenant Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following:Condo Dues UtilitiesConstruction BondsSpecial assessmentsFollow-up payment of dues and other charges.Handles and deposits collectionsUpdates existing Tenant Files; this include proper documentation and record keeping.Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.Handles canvassing and purchasing functionsQualifications:Willing to work in Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu CityAt least 2-year experience Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalentCan Start as soon as possible
