DEscriptION OF FUNCTIONS
· Assisting the HR Head in the cascade of the vision, mission and values of the company
· Assist in organizing and supervising HR personnel
· Assist in the implementation of HR Strategies that support business objectives
· Assist management in forecasting manpower needs
· Supervise talent acquisition programs
· Supervise the design and implement immersion/on boarding program
· Assist in the structuring of compensation and benefits packages
· Assist in overseeing employee engagement and retention
· Assist in the planning and implementing employee training & development
· Assist in ensuring that HR programs and Initiatives are effective
· Manage employee/labor relations and discipline
· Oversee the maintenance of employee records
· Assist in the conduct of performance management and supporting employee development
· Assist in managing department budget
· Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall Vision, Mission, & Goals.
