RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing store’s day to day operationAchieve financial objectives by meeting sales target and reducing operational costs.Responsible for training, coaching and people development in Retail Sales.Ensure adherence to customer satisfaction and commitment.Provide monthly work shift schedule of the team.Ensure compliance to RPS, retail operation standard, policies and procedureTimely and accurate execution of company directives.Analyze performance, formulate (if needed) and execute strategies to achieve target.Attend and prepare report for monthly meetings.Adheres to retail standard process, company policies and procedure.Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customersServe multiple customers, discover their needs and recommend the right product based on customer requirement.Suggest alternative product, and offer other products to generate additional sales.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Ability to train, mentor and motivate team membersStrong PR, communication and people skillsKnowledgeable in RPS, merchandising and inventoryTeam player, flexible and result orientedCan work under pressure and quick to resolve challenging situationsStrong sense of leadership and commitment to customer service.Knowledgeable in formulation and execution of retail program.Knowledgeable in windows office application

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of any business related courseWith at least 1 yr. experience in household, furniture and appliances storeExperience in Sales, and Customer ServiceWilling to work during weekend and holidaysWilling to be assigned within Shaw, Mandaluyong
