Develops sales strategies for the assigned area to ensure achievement of assigned Sales and Distribution Target.Ensures Timely collection of Account Receivables.Maintains sales expenditures within budget.Manage Trade Returns to minimize negative business impact.Attend regular Cadence and major meetings, Conduct regular Business Review with assigned Distributors in the area, taking the lead in the weekly cadence.Taking the lead in the implementation of major activities/salesteam assemblies.Endorses hiring of supplementary Sales personnel in the Area (when needed).Ensures that Revolving fund expense/Cash Advances are replenished and liquidated regularly.Ensures all required reports are submitted on time.Ensure regular coverage and visitation of Distributors and Key Accounts.Ensure regular work with of Distributors and Key Accounts Sales team.Conduct of Regular Trade validation and audit.Responsible in executing analyses of data in relation to business development and Sales improvement of Home Reseller booth awardee.Acts as the point of coordination with the different support group within the organizationFlexibility to different assignments and working condition.Prepares reports for the Monthly Operations Review.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree5-years Strong experience in Business operation, Sales, Marketing & Distribution within the FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade & Modern TradeDemonstrate good sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching and development of a sales team.Possesses strong Leadership and People Management Skills.Training and Presentation Skills.Result Oriented and Team player.Must possess a valid Driver's License
