Job Duties
Manage online store inventory and processesDevelop promotional campaigns to increase digital sales across all platformsMonitor and analyze store performance data, including traffic /convert/sale data, and make weekly/monthly sales and reports.Examine and measure order fulfillment and customer service performanceMonitor and lead the team in the day-to-day activities in order to ensure proper and timely completion of tasks.Job Requirements
At least High School Diploma or Two (2) years of College education/Vocational Program.Minimum of two (2) years experience in ecommerce, operations or retail environment or a combination of any.Knowledgeable in Digital Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee)Excellent communication skills for both written and oralPossess good leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive, and keen to detailsPunctualCan start ASAP
