Catalogue ManagementOwn and manage the eCommerce catalogueDevelop and manage process for onboarding new SKUs;Obsess over Product range content and evolve and optimize;Work closely with the Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure cohesive planning, execution and evaluation of our online merchandising efforts - creating promotional assets;Manage SKU’sAssist BSD team to deliver Projects as requiredUploading of content, Merchandising and driving promotional activities on the siteSupport local teams with ad hoc activities, QA, Migration.Customer ExperienceMerchandise Homepages, landing pages and key cross-sell opportunities onsite.ongoing optimization of Product Information architecture, site navigation, onsite search and user journeys.Maintain quality and accuracy of static content pagesCreate and test website promotionsSupport Customer Care in maintaining effective, efficient responses to customer inquiries.Insights & AnalysisDrive Sales and Performance KPIs to hit ambitious targetsPrepare weekly and monthly reports into SKU, Category and brand-level performanceAnalyze customer behavior and sales, to better understand customer journeys and sales drivers and identify merch/ promo opportunitiesBring new Digital and Merchandising ideas and insights to help build our platforms for the futureSpend time on competitor websites to provide ongoing benchmarking and industry temperature-checkSupplier ManagementChasing suppliers for content, descriptions, stock, manual uploads.Chasing suppliers for order fulfillment, customer queries.Reporting feedback per supplier - best sellers, out of stocksDriving range growth & supplier engagementDay to day enablement and promotional activityPlatform and supplier support and front-line support.Office Address: Ecom Marketing, Unit 2B, 2nd Floor VR Apartment, Brgy.
