QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, e-Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalentAt least 1 year experience specialized in Social Media Advertising/Planning or similar role (Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions with experience with social media management tools).Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media best practices.Deep understanding of how different social networks operate and familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for online content.Ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metricsStrong analytically skills to be able to interpret social media and other online data. Good understanding of social media KPIs.In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics and web traffic metrics.Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to strengthen online presence and increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.Collects and analyzes data related to social media marketing campaigns. Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)Define most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.Identify appropriate social media channels for brand specific needs and tailors campaigns to the target audience.Monitor new trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.Build and support SEO strategies by implementing keyword priorities into content marketing projects and monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationDevelop and expand community and/or blogger, influencers via social media to create a strong network.Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Sociable" way while cultivating leads and sales.Reporting on web traffic for all social media.
