Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Marketing Solutions Operations
Understand the features and setup of the different solutions offered to managed brands to invest in and towards the platform, i.e. Sponsored Search, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Affiliate, Sponsored Media, and any new solution that will be launched, and keep updated on any solution updates and upgradesMonitor handled categories’ performance metrics across the different solutions and identify benchmarks, best practices, and points for improvementCoordinate with different teams internally, e.g.:Commercial for account updates and strategiesMS Product Operations for ways of working, and any needed solution troubleshooting for managed accountsMS Data & Insights for overall, category-level, and seller-specific trends, best practices and optimizationsBusiness Operations on managed LazMall accounts’ campaign calendars, assets, and executionBranding, Performance Marketing for asset availability, ways of working, and best practices, and any needed solution troubleshooting for managed accountsLegal and Finance to ensure all requirements, agreements, and business documents are organized, fulfilled, and SOPs are followedMS LazMall Account and Category Management
Be the single point of contact for anything related to Marketing Solutions and Sponsored Solutions for assigned Global Strategic Key Account and Key Account brandsActively pitch and introduce the suite of Sponsored Solutions to brands and sellers not yet active within handled categories. Educate brands on the different benefits of each solution through mass and customized workshops and trainingsUnderstand managed clients’ consumer funnel, goals, and strategy and help them achieve these through high-touch solution consultation and regular performance reviews. Ensure that managed brands are able to meet recommended level of spend, while maintaining returns on investment and other metrics (impressions, page views, click rate, conversion rate, paid media revenue contribution) with proper optimizationProvide support for brands & their agencies to build efficient media plans (from planning to execution to post-mortem), share category best practices and optimization tipsReview campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis and key recommendations to improve and optimize performance to drive growthDevelop timely and actionable business reviews and post-mortem campaign reportsQualifications & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in account managementExperience related to areas of brand marketing/digital and performance marketing is a plusAdvertising sales experience is a plusEntrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery workWillingness to learn in a fast-moving environmentStrong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teamsStrong communication skills to be able to deliver pitches to newly onboarded and long-tail brands and sellersFirm, strong personality to be able to guide brands, sellers, and agencies to ensure proper usage of toolsAttention to detail, analytical skills to deep dive account performance and give actionable insights and points for improvementCan adapt quickly to assigned accounts’ short-, mid-, and long-term strategies – to be able to give proper advice and strategic input
