Are you a multi-faceted person? Do you have a way with words while simultaneously knowing how to make digital posters and banners? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
As a social media staff, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content and materials for social media updates, among other categories. You are expected to contribute to the overall quality of the team’s productivity and creative output, exerting your best efforts both independently and in a team environment.
Other duties include:
• Creating content (captions, digital posters and banners) for different platforms (social networks, blog sites, main websites, et cetera).
• Editing and proofreading articles and other similar items.
• Analyzing content marketing metrics.
• Working with other departments to brainstorm content ideas.
• Following work protocols and quality metrics when requesting, creating, editing, and publishing various contents.
If you’re interested, you must have:
· A portfolio of written work, or at least 2 published or unpublished article samples, preferably in different forms (essay, news, blog, educational, etc.)
· Efficient understanding of software like MS Word and Google Docs
· Excellent command of written English, as well as great communication skills and collaborative effort.
· Excellent research and organizational skills
· Above-average knowledge of various photo-editing and video-editing programs such as Sony Vegas, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
· Sports and arts inclination is an advantage
