Job Summary:
Develop your assigned territory by determining the best possible approach in generating consumer preference, increasing in store product availability, and market share for our brands by utilizing available merchandising tools, trade and consumer programs.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growthEnsure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of company products in the outletsImplement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activitiesDevelop and coordinate action plans needed with counterpart Salesman, to achieve volume targetsRaise consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental salesQualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Strong interpersonal skillsKnowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.With a valid driver’s license for at least one year (can drive manual)Field sales exposure is an advantage
