Job Description:

The Sales Lead is responsible for driving incremental gaming revenue through leading a successful team focused on telemarketing campaign. The Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the strategic outreach to qualified leads and existing players via telemarketing outbound calls..

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, motivate and build the Telesales team spirit.Present new ideas and policies to improve performance.Work within your team to produce the required results and to meet Company targets.Prepare and monitor teams’ KPI data, create and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly improvement plan.Be an example of a star performer and coach subordinates.Achievement of assigned team targets of daily calls.Achievement of assigned team deposit targets from outbound calling.Achievement of assigned team target in terms of new player acquisition.Achievement of assigned team revenue targets.

Qualifications:

Sales background desiredExcellent Telemarketing techniques and skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong Public relations and guest rapport building skillsConfident telephone manner, determined and motivatedStrong communication skills - verbal and written3-5 Years of previous Supervisory experience in casino, hospitality, telemarketing, or other customer service environment.
