Client Advisor

Position Summary:

To deliver a special and outstanding experience while welcoming and connecting with clients. Working alongside the team, the Client Advisor will be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, helping to convey amazing experiences for our clients using Omotenashi.

Duties and Responsibility:

Assist and interact with clients to create amazing experiences that positively impact sales and service.Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted timely, and able to always exert Omotenashi.Perform duties requiring standing most of the day such as assisting clients, personalization sales, replenishing POS (Point of Sale), and keeping all merchandise shelves and sales floor areas neat and organized. Ensures timely movement of merchandise while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers and damages.Oversees inventory process, monitors weekly floor counts, monthly cycle counts and maintains daily reconciliation of stock discrepancies.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan, with a particular focus on growing Lexus merchandise.Work collaboratively with other Associates to achieve sales and service goals.Formulate and implement promo for the store as well as special projects.

Requirements:

Availability to work to non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.At least 1-2 years of previous retail or luxury experience or relevant client related experience (i.e., hospitality, etc.).Customer service attitude, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and positive demeanorProficiency in Point-of-Sale System, SAP, and Microsoft OfficeCandidate must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
