Job Description

We are looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us attend to customers' inquiries via live chat, emails, and telephone.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Listen and respond to customers' inquiries concerning application process, document requirements, repayment, etc.Grow and nurture customer relationships with the companyMake recommendations on service offering and process flow based on customers' comments and feedback

Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and FilipinoHave a pleasant, friendly, patient and positive attitude; get driven and motivated by customer satisfaction- Are good listeners and pay attention to detailsHave strong organization skills, can multitask, prioritize work and deliver under pressurePossess creative problem solving capability with a sales and service oriented mindsetCan work with a flexible schedule and overtime if neededPrevious experience in customer service is preferred.
